Alan made a bunch of false claims, gave us a %90 chance he will fix it or figure it out. Couldn't find nor fix the issue, Kept changing his story everytime. Once he ran out of ideas, He offered to help find someone to get it towed to a shop of his choosing and work on it from there for parts availability, but only after he recieves payment. Demanded payment in a hurry, Assured us he would work on it from there. Turns out the shop he offered to tow us to doesn't allow anybody else working on their yard. Drove off and left after receiving payment. Also damaged our Steer Tire with his heat gun while working on the engine. Completely Unreliable, Do Not Recommend.

Misquoted / upcharged. Told 520 for tech to arrive and perform min two hour work by Bailey and David. Tech showed up, worked one hour just diagnosing, and wanted to charge over $1000. 3% fee of total bill to use debit card. Charge by hour for arrival and departure. (One hour to me , one hour to leave) 450 total. $225 hr with two hour minimum $120 for mileage and tolls $25 for shop and supplies. Questioned price in regards to quote received and tech Don cussed me out complaining how he has been on the job for 12 hours, and if I don't pay now, he was gonna charge me another hour.

I had an excellent and rapid experience with these guys for my mobile truck repair. It's refreshing to work with individuals who recognize that my time is valuable and don't waste it in long queues. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again. Additionally, their rates are lower than those of dealers, making them a logical option.

Today was my first time using road service, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't aware that fuel filters needed changing, but the team made it quick and effortless. They performed a thorough check on my truck and fixed it in no time, even before the parts arrived. I am thrilled with the convenience of the mobile service and will continue using it instead of going to dealers. It's great that they come to you and provide such excellent service!
